Students: This is a very intensive certificate program. Attendance is required in the face-to-face courses, and active participation is required in the asynchronous courses. The supervised coaching will require time for you to complete. You will need to be able to find your own clients to practice health coaching with, thus, you will need to be able to either meet with them face-to-face, or have the technology available to meet online (Microsoft Teams) outside of scheduled class hours. Health and Wellness Coaching requires the health coaching student to be comfortable verbally communicating with other people and the ability to receive feedback.
Note: These courses will be taught back-to-back over the course of 2 semesters – Fall to Spring. You cannot start in the Spring semester and finish in the Fall semester.
