From 2018 to 2025, 4,716 donors have contributed $35,997,796 to UVU Athletics, strengthening every aspect of the department and expanding opportunities for student success on and off the field.
UVU Athletics has experienced remarkable growth since the start of the campaign. Halle Nelson felt like she had found a home at UVU when she joined the UVU Women’s Basketball team. Her team members and coaches embraced her like family, and as Halle says, “I don’t believe I would have received this level of support at any other university.”
As Halle experienced several health issues, she was shocked at the compassion and advocacy she found at UVU. Because of the support she was offered, she could maintain her position on the team and continue her educational pursuits in business management. “UVU has opened many doors for me. Having played basketball elsewhere and spoken with friends from other universities, I can see how unique UVU is.
