To apply as an international graduate student at UVU, you’ll need to complete both:
Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, and Duolingo)
For international students whose native language is not English, a TOEFL score of 80 iBT or 4.5 iBT or IELTS score of 6.5 or higher within the last two years. We will accept either the traditional TOEFL iBT score (0–120) or the new scale (1–6) during this period. After 2028, only the new scale will be accepted. Programs may establish more stringent TOEFL or IELTS minimum score requirements, so check with your program of interest to see if they have more stringent requirements.
