After you have registered within the application system and completed the application
form, you will need to pay the application fee:
$45 USD for Utah residents and out-of-state residents
$145 USD for International students residing in the US or out-of-country (make appointment here before applying )

More Transcript Information
For transcripts to be considered official, they must be submitted to UVU’s Admissions Office directly from a college or university to the following email address or to the following mailing address. International transcripts must be evaluated by an approved foreign credential evaluating company. UVU's preferred evaluating company is SpanTran. See list of UVU approved International Transcript companies.

No other delivery format will be accepted as official. Those that have a degree from UVU can have their transcripts uploaded to their application by MFPA Staff. Transcripts uploaded in this manner will also be considered official.

For International Students
International students who require a student visa (F-1) may apply for the Full-time MFPA program. This application includes requirements and fees in addition to those required for resident applications. All submitted documents must be original, except for copy of passport.
Visa Submission Deadlines: In order to ensure that visa paperwork is processed in time for students to begin the program, all required visa documents must be submitted by the following dates:

Goal is to obtain a TOEFL score of 80 or above, or an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher. Official results should be sent to etranscriptr@uvu.edu.
Complete applications submitted before the relevant review deadline will be sent to the MFPA Admissions Committee for review. The committee selects qualified applicants to proceed to the next step in the application process based on the applicant’s potential for success in the MFPA program. This will entail a 20 to 30 minute in-person or online video interview.
