Access and Login

Will I use the same login credentials as before

Yes — your login credentials will stay the same. You won’t need to create a new account or remember a new username or password. Your access will automatically be set up in the new system.

What can unauthenticated users see?

There will be a public (unauthenticated) view that shows basic campus information. This includes items such as athletics information, campus events, and other general resources that don’t require logging in.

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

Yes — you will be prompted to re-download the mobile app when the update is released in April 2026. This ensures that you are using the latest version and have access to all new features.

If the update is not installed, users may experience issues or limited functionality, so we strongly recommend downloading the updated app when prompted.

Will the desktop and mobile versions work the same way?

Yes — one of the biggest improvements with Pathify is that the desktop and mobile experiences will be much more in sync. We are using a mobile-first design approach, which means the layout automatically adjusts to fit different screen sizes while keeping the experience consistent and easy to use.

This ensures a smooth, familiar experience whether you are accessing myUVU on your phone, tablet, or computer.
