How to Apply:

1. Fill out the application below. Fill out on a laptop or pc—the form may not show up on some mobile devices—to be considered for JSL Staff! (Note: staff positions are unpaid, but there are a couple of small scholarships for top leadership staff).
2. Email us at JOSL@uvu.edu right after you've submitted to verify we've received your application. (Sometimes the application form below has been known not to work, so please send an email to double-check!)

If your application is accepted to join the staff, we expect you'll register for SLSS 101R section 001 (3 credits taught by Profs. Sandi Bennett and Ben Johnson).  This is a hybrid class that meets only on Thursdays in person (face-to-face) from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm and possible other times (depending on your team) to carry out the work of producing an issue of the journal.
