Classes are free for all SLWC members, and day passes and punch passes are available for nonmembers. Our programs, activities, and services are open to all students.

Our Certified Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers can come to your organization, department meeting, or special event. You can schedule to have a class or team training session for your special event below. One week notice minimum for booking.

SLWC equipment that is mobile such as yoga mats, exercise bands, or gliding disks can be rented out for events around campus.
Cost: 1-20 items-$10 per hour
21+ items-$20 per hour
Quantity available will fluctuate and be determined by date and time requested and the equipment needs in the gym at that time.
All requests must be made 48 hours prior to event date to be considered.

Latin Music with cardio and toning for a full body workout. Move and sweat through easy to follow routines that mix dance styles like samba, bachata and cumbia with toning intervals to work your core, arms and legs.
