Personal Training

Schedule a session with a personal trainer by emailing . Our first assessment session is free. Sessions are typically 1 hour long and all sessions are located in the SLWC gym. Our trainers will meet you at our Welcome desk on the 2nd floor of the SLWC. Plan on arriving in workout attire and prepare to work up a sweat.

Your first assessment session with a UVU personal trainer is FREE. Meet our trainers below and contact us to schedule a time to meet with our trainers. Additional sessions can be purchased and scheduled with our trainers.

I specialize in resistance training, muscle building, and helping people cultivate a fitness routine that they enjoy, adhere to, and see progress with. I have experience training people at all different fitness levels. I get to know each of my clients so I can help them work towards something they are passionate about and still challenge them to break through plateaus. Whether you are new to lifting and want to learn more about basic movement patterns, compound lifts, and the fundamentals of resistance training, or are looking to set new goals and reach them, I am here to help.

I am also pursuing certifications in Nutrition Coaching and working with Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain, aiming to provide a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellness.
