Student Development & Well-Being supports the holistic development of students by collaborating with campus and community partners in providing intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and civic experiences and resources. Students who engage in Student Development & Well-Being programs and services are more likely to improve in student persistence, retention, and university satisfaction; increase in civic mindedness, sense of belonging to a community, and empathy; and apply leadership skills such as goal setting, prioritization, and confidence. The following initiatives are chaired by the Dean of Students:
