Submit Your Photo (Web)

1. Read the Photo Guidelines
2. Go to your eAccounts Profile



3. Click “Submit New Photo”
4. Select your photo or Take your photo





5. Upload your U.S. government-issued ID
6. Wait for approval from UVU staff

Submit Your Photo (App)

1. Download the App

   1. Download and install the Transact eAccounts app on the App Store (for iOS) or the Google Play Store (for Android).
   2. Open the app and search for Utah Valley University.

   

   3. Log in using your school credentials.

   

2. Upload Your Student Photo and ID

   1. Once logged in, go to the settings menu (top-right corner).

   

   2. Select "Submit ID Photo".

   

   3. Follow the prompts to upload your student photo and, if required, a valid government-issued ID.
