Ticketing and Front of House Services Requirements
(For All External Clients)
Front of House (FOH) Services are required for:
- All events held in the Ragan Theater, OR
- Any event for which the Major Event Assessment Committee (MEAC) requires ticketing or Front of House support
Included Front of House Services
- Event ticket setup
- Ticket sales
- Ticket scanning
- Troubleshooting
- Ushering
Event Timing
- Staff arrive 45 minutes before doors open
- Staff remain 30 minutes after the end of the show to clear and clean the Ragan Theater
Flat Fee
- Number of FOH staff is dependent on location. Campus Connection will review.
- $18/FOH staff member required/hour/4 hour min period.
Please note:
Security and Crowd Management are not included in Front of House Services.
Per Ticket Fees
Fees may be applied to the ticket price or included within the listed ticket price:
- $0.50 per ticket or 10% of the ticket price (whichever is greater), capped at $2.00
per ticket
- $0.05 per complimentary ticket
7.45% tax (if applicable)
- 3.5% + $0.10 per transaction credit card processing fee
Please note:
Event coordinators may choose to include fees in the ticket price or add them separately.
COMP Ticket Policy
- COMP tickets are $0.05/complementary ticket
- List of complimentary tickets must be submitted prior to event go-live date.
Event Activation Timeline
Your event will be ready to go live within one week of receiving a completed Ticket Setup and Front of House Request Form.
