UVU Event Services is happy to help you host your event. 

Events can be scheduled any dayexcept:

    • Sundays
    • Posted holidays
    • First two weeks of every semester
    • Last two weeks of every semester

If you would like to partner with a UVU organization on campus to host your event, contact the group or department. They will submit a request on your behalf if they agree to the co-sponsorship.

Major Events

Any planned gathering to be held at Utah Valley University may be determined as a major event. Should an event be determined a major event, the event will require further review by the Major Events Assessment Committee (MEAC)
