Schedule Events

UVU Event Services is happy to help you host your event whether you are a campus organization, an external group, or if you are partnering with an organization on campus to host your event. Events can be scheduled any day except Sunday and all posted holidays. On these days our office is closed, and our services cannot be requested. There are no exceptions.

Major Events

Any planned gathering to be held at Utah Valley University may be determined as a major event. Should an event be determined a major event, the event will require further review by the Major Events Assessment Committee (MEAC)
