Residential Community Leadership Program

What is the RCL Program?

RCL stands for Residential Community Leaders.  RCL students create engaging events and activities to encourage student involvement in social, educational, service, leadership, and recreational opportunities to establish a true campus life experience.

RCL students also act as a resource support system for their peers by

  • Providing campus resources to each student at their events
  • Helping students better understand campus life
  • Connecting students with  campus resources so each student remains successful
