My Messaging

My Messaging uses the IMAP4 protocol to share your voicemail messages through an email client.  This does not remove the voicemail from your box.  The voicemail will not be deleted from your box unless you delete it in either place.

Voicemail messages appear as a wave file attachment in the client and can be saved or forwarded to wherever the user desires.

To get access to My Messaging please contact Telephone Services to give you the appropriate rights.

Please click on the following link to get account setup instructions for Outlook 2016.  You may also follow these instructions with a few modifications for other clients.
