Presidents Council has approved Policy 541 to enter Stage 1. Per recommendations from a recent Northwest Accreditation review, this policy revision will address deficiencies in Preliminary Review (section 5.7), Due Process (throughout policy), and Delineation of Authority (section 5.8). Revisions will also including changing the term “interim measures” to “support measures” to align with new terminology in the present Title IX regulations.
