Fresh Food Fridays is a new program, in partnership with Community Action Services & Food Bank and the UVU GRIT Garden, to bring fresh produce to UVU students. Students just need a reusable bag and a UVU ID to shop the fresh fruits and vegetables. This free event is held every other week. Come check us out in the Demo Kitchen, 1-3 p.m.

  • FRESH FOOD FRIDAYS will resume later in Spring 2023 Semester.

The UVU Food Pantry has now partnered with United Way and Doordash to offer food order delivery for UVU students. You must live within 10 miles of the Orem campus and fill out this application.

To find additional community food resources closest to you, please visit https://www.uvu.edu/studentcare/.  If you have children, all area school districts have been authorized to offer free grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches for all children ages 0–18. What is the Food Pantry?

In partnership with Community Action Services and Food Bank, this on-campus food pantry is available to students, faculty, and staff struggling with food insecurity. The UVU Food Pantry offers canned goods and boxed items along with basic hygiene items, and some baby products such as formula, diapers, etc. These items are available only when our partner Community Action Services and Food Bank has them in stock. The UVU Food Pantry provides bags for students to use during their visit, though students are encouraged to bring reusable bags.

For immediate food needs, students should come meet with a member of the CARE Hub in SC 105. Appointments can be made HERE.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are in meetings or attending other events during these hours.
