The UVU Sub for Santa program is open October 30 through November 23, 2025.
Please review the presentation linked below, complete the quiz at the end of the presentation, and the application link and instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours. The quiz must be completed by Sunday, November 23 at 11:59 p.m. and applications are due by Wednesday, November 26. Late applications cannot be accepted.
Once an application has been completed, families can verify custody and ages for the children in three ways:
1. By attending a United Way of Utah County Open House
2. Bringing in verification to the CARE Hub (S.L 101)
3. By a virtual appointment, using this link.
Once your application has been completed, families will be notified no later than Friday, December 5 if they have been accepted into the program and have a sponsor. Sponsors should have gifts delivered to families no later than Monday, December 15.
The Sub for Santa program is seeking individuals, clubs, organizations, and departments
that are interested in sponsoring a UVU family. Sponsors are asked to provide two
new items of clothing, a pair of shoes, two new toys, and a book for each child, which
typically costs between $150-200 per child.
You will be contacted no later than Friday, December 5 to receive the family's information.
Deliveries/ arrangements must be made to the families no later than Wednesday, December
15.

The Giving Tree program officially ended in December of 2022. We are grateful for all of the UVU students and employees who helped us provide toys and clothing for the children of mothers at Legacy High School.
