Monthly Health Screenings 

Wellness Programs provides free health screenings once a month (see calendar for dates) for UVU students and employees, which includes blood pressure and body composition testing. A Wellness Coach will administer the screenings, provide the participant with a copy of their results, and answer any questions that the participants may have.

Munchie Monday : We will be walking around campus with a cart full of free healthy food samples from 11am - 1pm.

Tasty Tuesdays : FREE healthy food samples every week on Tuesday in the Demonstration Kitchen from 11am-1pm. All recipes and food samples are quick, easy, and healthy!

Wellness Wednesdays : Win prizes while learning about health topics each Wednesday from our UVU Wellness Program Interns. This event is from 11:00 am-1:00 pm in Sorensen Center at the Zone (Across from the Bookstore). Come up to our table for a few minutes to learn about everything from nutrition to physical fitness. Wellness Wednesday includes interactive wellness activities that include free health quizzes, nutritional screenings, fitness competitions and more!

Thinking Thursday : We will be walking around campus with a cart full of swag to give to those who participate in a quick and simple game. Activity is held from 11am-1pm.

Mindfulness Workshop : Stop by the Reflection Center on Thursdays from 10-11am  for a guided mindful activity

Join Wellness Programs for an incredible hour of sound on November 3 from 10-11am in SL 311 (third floor of gym). A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience. The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli, and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. Yoga mats will be provided. Feel free to bring your own blanket and small pillow if desired.

Relaxation Zone : Relax with free use of back and foot massage equipment every Thursday from 11-1 in the Zone.

 Monthly Cooking Class : Come to our FREE Healthy Cooking Class held on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 in the Student Life (SL) Demo Kitchen. Each class is interactive and packed full of tips on preparing healthy meals, and participants always get to try out the recipes from that class.To reserve a spot in this month's class please email us at
