“I didn’t know what to expect, but I loved this class. If you commit to doing the homework and being open and vulnerable in class, you will learn and grow so much and be forever changed. I am excited to teach my daughter the things I have learned. I loved hearing from other women and for the community and support I felt.” “
Learning about the appearance ideal has completely changed and challenged my view of the world and myself. I firmly believe that learning about society’s views of appearance can drastically impact our view of ourselves.”
