The UVU Business Impact Lab team seeks to examine the determinants of individual success in attaining and excelling as leaders. They seek to contribute to knowledge of leader behaviors and outcomes related to gender and leadership. They provide business and campus communities with evidence-based tools and resources to resolve organizational problems and seize organizational opportunities related to women’s advancement in the workforce. They create learning and career opportunities for Woodbury School of Business (WSB) students by engaging them in conversations about leadership challenges and opportunities.
