2022 staff performance evaluations
The UVU annual staff performance evaluations will run from March 15 through May 15 (for FT employees). Please login to the UVU Perform system to enter your portion of the evaluation before your meeting with your supervisor in April. Existing 1-on-1 appointments have been updated to staff performance evaluations. Even through part-time employees do not go through the same formal process as full-time employees, they will still meet with their supervisors for an informal performance review. We would like our department to have all evaluations (staff sections) completed by April 20 to give first and second level supervisors time to complete their portions and have everything formalized in the system before the May 15 deadline. Talk to your supervisor if you have any questions about this process.
