CHPS Partnering in the Community

On Tuesday, January 24 Dean Cheryl Hanewicz and her leadership team, Tom Sturtevant and Sue Jackson, toured and met with the directors of Community Action Services and Food Bank in Provo to learn about how to further develop the partnership and collaboration between CHPS and the nonprofit organization. For the past 56 years Community Action Services and Food Bank in Provo has worked to solve poverty by assisting with critical needs (such as food and housing) fo those in need while providing long-term solutions needed to rebuild financial and social self-sufficiency. The College of Health and Public service is proud to be a part of and a partner with the community we live in.
