How to order Meal Vouchers

 

Meal Vouchers are a great way to give students, employees, faculty, or visitors a gift for events, conferences, compensation, etc.
With a voucher, you can receive a certain cash amount of goods from any of the listed locations.

 

To order meal vouchers for your department, call the Dining Services Office at ext. 7637,
e-mail Kyle Billy (kbilly@uvu.edu) or Cindy Hatch (hatchci@uvu.edu), or come in person to SC 201.

We will need to know

  • the name of the department
  • the department index number to send the invoice to (if off-campus, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Cash)
  • the number of vouchers needed
  • the dollar amount of your choice on each voucher (some of one price and some of another is acceptable)
  • the expiration date (not to exceed June 30, 2019)
  • when you would like the vouchers completed and picked up by
  • and if there is a message you would like added                                                                                                                                                                                          (e.g. "Thanks for your hard work", "Compliments of [Department]", "Lunch is on us!", etc.)
When the ordered vouchers are ready, we will call to let you know so they can be picked up at the
Dining Services Office and be signed for.

 

**Note: These Vouchers are NOT Refundable, Exchangeable, And Extendable.

Our vouchers can be used almost anywhere on campus, including:

  • Greenline Cafe
  • Trades Cafe
  • Taco Bell
  • Subway
  • Panda Express

Guest Lists

How to use Guest Lists

     Our Guest List forms can be picked up in the Dining Services Office (SC 201) or the listed available locations (except Trades). The Guest Lists enable a group of people to go to one of the listed locations, have their meals totaled together, and then charged to their department's index so the department can pay for a group meal as one transaction. 

 

If there are ten or less people using the guest list, simply take it with you to the location and the cashier will enter in the amounts after you've ordered and take the guest list so it can be invoiced. 

If more than 10 people will be using a guest list, it is recommended that the guest list be filled out and given to the location a day in advance to ensure your orders can be completed in a timely manner. 

If you no longer plan to use your guest list or need to delay using it, please let the location know so they can plan accordingly.

Purchasing Guest Lists

On Campus

Before you go to the chosen location, you will need: 
  • the Department Approval (signature)
  • the Department extension number and
  • the Banner Index Number for the invoice to be sent to

 

 Off Campus

Before you go to the chosen location, you will need come to or contact the
Dining Services Office (SC 201) and have the following: 
  • the Company's Approval (signature)
  • the Company's contact information, and
  • payment method (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Cash)
