Please note: Tablecloths will be billed to the event banner index if the event is not cancelled within 5 business days of the event date via email to [email protected] or your assigned event coordinator. We order cloths every Tuesday for the upcoming week’s events. Cloths not requested before our order date are not guaranteed. Regardless of color request, we cannot always guarantee color due to the delivery/rental service and what they have available that that specific delivery week.
Room rental rates are charged per hour unless otherwise stated.Charges begin at the time the group wishes to access the room and continue until the group vacates the space.
Event setup and takedown time—including the arrangement of chairs, tables, and other resources by Event Services—is not included in the rental rate.
Additional charges may apply for various services such as audio/visual equipment, and these will be discussed directly with the event organizer.

Room capacities listed below reflect the maximum number of people allowed based on the standard (permanent) furniture setup.
For rooms with flexible layouts, capacity is listed as “ TBD-to be determined” because it depends on the seating arrangement and any additional equipment or resources requested.

The Ragan Theater is a specialty space and requires Audio/Visual Systems Engineering (AVSE) Services, which will incur additional fees.
