Dressed in full Kyrgyz regalia, UVU National Presidential Advisory Board (NPAB) member and primary donor to the Office of International Affairs and Diplomacy Ambassador Lecture program, Leslie Dee Ann Mower, is awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters by the vice Rector of Kyrgyz International University. The event was held at UVU on March 8, International Women's Day, with many of her family, friends and UVU leadership in attendance.
