During the 7th Annual International Mountain Day event, the UN's Department of Public Information (DPI) announced that UVU has officially become an Associate Member of UN-DPI. Orem Mayor Burnst, UVU's vice presidents Cameron Martin and Kyle Reyes also offered their support and recognition to Utah International Mountain Forum members and other UVU clubs that promote the UN agendas and programs.
