Step 1: Register for an Indico account.
- From the UVUN information page about the conference, click on the Click Here To Register link.
- The page that opens has frequently asked questions and a link to register. To continue
the process, click on the Register here link.
- On this page (see image) there will be information about the conference and aRegister now link on the lower right, click on that link.
- The page that opens is the Login to Indico page (see image) and an account is needed to register for the conference. Click thecreate new account link to begin.
- Fill all the required fields on this page (see image), they are marked with a red asterick, and click on the confirm button.
- You will receive an email from Indico to confirm your account. If this is your first
time creating an account, it may take up to 2 weeks to get the confirmation.
Step 2: Conference Registration.
- Once your acount in Indico has been approved, return to Login to Indico page and login to register for the conference.
- On the Conference Registration page, (see image) enter the required information, including a photo, then click register to complete the process.
- You will receive an email from the United Nations - Accreditation System acknowledging your registration and that it is pending approval.
- After a 1-2 days you will receive a second email from the United Nations confirming
your registration has been approved.
Please note that you will need to bring a copy of this email, along with a government
issued photo id, to get your conference credentials during the event.
