Dx Half-Time on Teams

If you have been having issues with the Dx Half-Time meeting on Wednesdays, the problem should be solved. IT has added everyone in IR to the Teams channel for OIT - Public (where it is hosted). You can navigate to that Teams channel or access the meeting at this link.

PACE Holiday Social

This year's PACE Holiday Social will be an open house and gift pick-up!

When: Tuesday, December 14 from 10:00-3:00

Where: Grande Ballroom

If you would like a gift for this year's event, you MUST fill out this survey by Friday, October 15.

phone transition to teams calling

Our department is scheduled to move to Teams calling soon. Nothing needs to be done for this change, IT will do everything. You will still be able to call out from the regular phones, but all incoming calls will be routed through Teams.

The bluetooth headsets that were handed out will replace all phones, and Network & TeleComm will remove all physical phones within the next six months. Headsets are the property of UVU and must be turned in when you leave IR.

HR Supervisor Review

The 2021 Supervisor Review process allows employees to provide anonymous feedback to first and second-level supervisors in the new UVUPM system. If your assigned supervisors do not appear correctly in the system, contact HR.

Upcoming conferences - RMAIR and Tableau

The 2021 RMAIR conference will be October 12, 19, and 26 (three Tuesdays). It is $60 per person and will be online only. Click here for theschedule/agenda.

The 2021 Tableau conference is free and will be held virtually from November 9-11. If you are interested in attending, talk to your supervisor.
