What is happening?

  • We want to make it easier for you to stay connected no matter where you are working.
  • Powered by Microsoft Teams, our phone system is moving to the cloud!

When is this happening?

  • This update is happening on a department-by-department basis.
  • All users in your department will be enabled with Microsoft Teams calling on March 2nd.

What should I expect?

  • If an employee has a UVU phone number, this number will be migrated to Microsoft Teams. This number will give them the capability to make and receive external calls through Microsoft Teams.
  • All users will have access to a dial-by-name directory that is built into Microsoft Teams.
  • CLICK HERE to access the training and self-paced learning resources available to support you through this transition.

What do I need to do?

  • Start preparing for the transition today by accessing training videos and quick reference guides here.
  • Please encourage your colleagues to review all available learning materials to prepare for the upcoming migration.

If you experience any issues or have additional questions about Teams, please reach out to the UVU Service Desk.
