Mickelle is currently in her senior year at UVU studying PR and Strategic Communication with a minor in Political Science. She is currently the editorial intern for the policy office here at UVU. Mickelle has held numerous roles at UVU including presidential intern, the student association parliamentarian, and writing center tutor. 

Mickelle hopes to pursue a career in law and politics. Her interests are in policy, advocacy, business, and campaigns. In the student association she was able to manage a student led campaign to elect new officers, including the Student body President. She has also been able to organize events for women interested in politics on campus. 

When she is not at UVU Mickelle can be found reading, watching any and all tv, traveling and playing with her two nieces. Her favorite place to be is London, England where she got to spend a summer studying english literature.
