  • Include a link to a text document with a transcription of the audio file

S.C. 1.2.1: Make sure all prerecorded video-only content has a text or audio description of the video

S.C. 1.3.1.: Make sure all lists are coded correctly and match what users see

Ordered lists

  1. Ordered (numbered) lists are meant for items or instructions that need to be displayed in a specific order
  2. They are useful for showing things like steps in a process

Unordered lists

  • Unordered lists are meant for related items that don't need to be displayed in a specific order
  • They are useful for grouping like information in a list

S.C. 1.3.1: Make sure tables are coded correctly and are accessible

Tables are meant for displaying tabular data, not for laying out content on a page.

Tables can be used to display content such as a schedule

If context doesn't make the purpose of the table clear, be sure to include a table caption to explain what the table is displaying.
