Consul General Sylvain FABI
Consulate General of Canada in Denver

Sylvain Fabi (BBA, Bishop’s University, 1988) joined the Consulate General of Canada in Denver in October 2020. As Canada's Consul General in the U.S. Mountain West Region, Mr. Fabi oversees a team of 17 people who work within Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Utah and Wyoming to strengthen trade and economic ties; enhance political, academic and cultural links; and assist Canadians visiting or living in the five-state territory.  He is also Canada’s chief negotiator for the modernization of the Columbia River Treaty with the United States.

Incorporated into the diplomatic career for nine years, a lawyer by profession, she has represented Costa Rica both in domestic and foreign service. Among the jobs he has done is his work at the Embassy of Costa Rica in Honduras, where he worked as Minister Counselor and Consul General. She currently works as Coordinator of International Organizations of the General Directorate of Foreign Policy. July 2010.

Consul General Jaroslav Olša
Consulate General of Czech Republic

Amb. Jaroslav Olša Jr. studied Arabic, Asian and African studies at Charles University in Prague, and International Relations and Comparative European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. He is also the author of multiple books and articles on the history, culture, and literature of Asia and Africa, and historical relations of the non-European countries with the Czech Lands. He has also published widely about science fiction and edited over a dozen anthologies of Czech and International science fiction. He has also curated art exhibitions, was a member of the Jury of 2011 Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, as well as initiating numerous cultural exchanges and activities.



Consul General Levan Beridze
Consulate General of Georgia in San Francisco

Levan Beridze was appointed as the Consul General of Georgia in San Francisco in February 2020. Throughout his career in the foreign service he held the position of the Ambassador at Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, served in the position of Counselor at the Embassy of Georgia to the United States since 2016, where he headed up the Economic Section and earlier was the First Secretary at the Embassy from 2012 to 2016. In his work, Levan Beridze focused on the enhancement and deepening of economic and trade relations between the United States and Georgia and the creation of a platform for interaction between the US and Georgian companies.  
Levan received his formal education in the United States and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Delaware, where he also continued to receive his Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 2009.

José Borjón is the Head Consul of Mexico in Salt Lake City, responsible for the state of Utah and western Wyoming. He holds a degree in International Relations from Mexico ́s National University (UNAM) and a Master’s Degree in Diplomatic Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Mexico. He is a member of the Mexican Foreign Service with the rank of Minister. He has previously served in the Mexican Embassy in Washington, DC, the General Consulate of Mexico in Houston, and the Embassy of Mexico in Korea.

Consul General Ronald Denegri

Mr. Roland Denegri is a Minister in the Diplomatic Service of Peru. He graduated from the Catholic University of Peru and from the Peruvian Diplomatic Academy and has a Master’s Degree in Public International Law from the University of Nottingham-United Kingdom. Currently, he holds the position of Consul General of Peru in Denver with a jurisdiction of nine Estates of the American Union (Colorado, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming). He has worked at the Mission of Peru to the European Union, at the Embassy of Peru in Belgium (2000-2006), and Counselor and Minister Counselor at the Embassy of Peru in Argentina (2009-2014). In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he held several positions, including Third Secretary at the South American Department and MERCOSUR; First Secretary and Head of Chile Division of the South American Department; and was Adviser to the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Neil Frank R. Ferrer is the Consul General of the Republic of the Philippines in San Francisco. His tour of duty as Consul General began on 20 January 2021. Mr. Ferrer finished his Master of Arts in International Boundaries, with Distinction, at the University of Durham in the United Kingdom. He completed the course work for the Master of Science in Economics at De La Salle University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.

Juan Carlos Sánchez Alonso, Consul General of Spain in Los Angeles, is a senior Spanish diplomat, who has served as Ambassador of Spain to Peru and Consul General of Spain in Santiago de Chileand held other posts in the Spanish Diplomatic Missions of Venezuela and Argentina. He has held several positions in the Foreign Affairs Ministry in Madrid as Vocal Advisor of Inter-American Affairs, Deputy Director for Countries of the Andean Community, Cabinet Director of the Secretary of State for Latin America and Director General of Foreign Policy for Latin America. He graduated from the University of Oviedo with a Law Degree in 1984 and entered Spain's Diplomatic Corps in 1991.
