Apply to program?

Apply for the Program

Students must apply and be formally admitted into the Public Health programs. After meeting with an advisor, students can pick up the application form. Students must complete the following courses and any necessary prerequisite courses with a C- or better and a 2.5 Overall GPA before being allowed into the program:

  • ENGL 1010
  • ENGL 2010
  • MATH 1050 (for Health Services Administration and School Health majors)

OR

  • STAT 1040 (for Community Health Education majors)
  • BIOL 1010
  • ZOOL 1090
  • HLTH 3200

Formal Admittance

Once a student has formally applied and been accepted, they will be required to complete the catalog requirements that are in effect the semester in which they are formally admitted. These requirements will be reflected in Wolverine Track.
