The Writing Center supports the writing goals of various UVU communities by providing flexible programs and resources tailored to the needs of diverse writers from all disciplines, aiding their access to a range of academic and non-academic literacies.

Utah Valley contains the ancestral homelands, trade routes, and migration paths of the Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute), Goshute, Nuwuvi (Southern Paiute) and Eastern Shoshone tribes.
