Preparing for your Appointment

We are excited to meet you! If you are meeting an advisor for the first time, we would encourage you to:

1. Fill out the Concurrent Enrollment Admissions Application
2. Have a UVID
3. Send any AP and ACT scores to UVU
4. Refer to confirmation email with details of your appointment

FERPA is a federal law that protects all student information and prevents others from accessing it without written consent from the student--even their parent or guardian. Students are required to be present in appointments.
