Amy Rees Anderson is a successful entrepreneur, angel investor, philanthropist, author, and public speaker.
Amy is the managing partner of REES Capital, an angel investing firm. Amy also serves as a contributor to both Forbes and the Huffington Post and is the author of the newly released book, “What Awesome Looks Like: How To Excel In Business & Life”. She is an in-demand keynote speaker, and an invited lecturer at a number of universities.
Prior to founding REES Capital, Amy Rees Anderson was formerly the founder and CEO of MediConnect Global, Inc., one of the largest cloud-based health information exchanges. In March 2012, Amy successfully led MediConnect to being acquired by Verisk Analytics (VRSK) for over $377 million.
Rollin Anderson is the executive director of the IPOP Foundation, which focuses on the promotion, education, and perpetuation of entrepreneurship as a pathway to self-reliance.
Previously, Rollin worked as a youth counselor for the Anasazi Foundation which aids families of youth with mild-to-moderate behavioral problems.
Prior to that, Rollin founded and ran a custom handcrafted wood furniture company in Idaho.
Rollin was born and raised on a dairy farm in Kuna, Idaho where they produced all the feedstocks for their dairy as well as farming potatoes, pinto beans, and sugar beets.

She loves music, travel, and audio books.
Shani Allsop is a partner at REES Capital, providing clients 15 years of strategic organizational guidance and expertise. Most recently, Shani served as the chief operating officer of MediConnect Global Inc.

She received her bachelors degree in political science from the University of Utah in 1968 before beginning a 12-year career with Utahs congressional delegation in Washington D.C. In 1981, she married Scott Anderson in Tokyo. The Andersons spent seven years In Tokyo beforemoving to California. When Scott Anderson took a position with Zions Bank in 1991, they moved to Utah.
Jesselie has a lifetime of involvement in community service, in everything from educational organizations to arts and hospital boards.

While raising 6 beautiful but vivacious children, she likes to escape a few times a month for cooking segments on Studio 5 and NBC news. In her not so spare time, Kristin loves to entertain, exercise, read and travel with her family. Kristin graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S in Economics and was a nationally recognized synchronized swimmer in her former life.
Steve Beck, principal and president of COBE Real Estate, has over 19 years of experience in real estate brokerage and development. He has participated in the acquisition, sales, and development of over $550 million worth of commercial and residential developments in both Utah and Arizona totaling over 2.2 million SF. From this, he has established quality and long lasting relationships with commercial real estate owners and tenants. Steve's background in real estate brokerage, development, and investment provides a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in the real estate field.

Kristy loves being a wife and mother and the service she gives to her family and community. She loves to travel, read, exercise, and go boating with her family.
Lyle Beecher has been involved in the architectural design and construction business for over 35 years. He has been a principle architect and partner at his own architectural firm for 20 years. Some of his notable projects over the past years include Hale Centre Theatre, Living Planet Aquarium, KSL TV, KUTV Studios, multiple office parks and hospitality projects. His involvement in the community would include service on the U of U Hospital Foundation Board serving as president, U of U Hospital Board of Directors, Sandy City Police Department Honorary Colonel, and service on the Hale Centre Theatre Board.
Lori Beecher was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She studied piano and organ for 13 years with Melba Chatwin, and worked as a rehearsal/performance accompanist for many choirs, ensembles, soloists and musical productions throughout the community. Since moving to Salt Lake City in 1991 she has continued to contribute musically here in the Salt Lake area.

Bryan has spent 30 years working in technology as a networking engineer. He held positions at Brigham Young University, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Novell, Intel, SirsiDynix, and his own consulting firm. He enjoys the outdoors and works tirelessly with his two sons volunteering in the community and in the Boy Scouts of America program. His hobbies include hiking, biking, scuba diving, and traveling with his family to places like Europe, Africa, South America, and Hawaii.
James Clarke is the CEO of Clarke Capital Partners, a Global Growth Equity and Alternatives Investment Firm. In 2001, James founded and led Utah-based CLEARLINK—with over 2,000 full-time employees today—until it was acquired in 2011 by Pamlico Capital (formerly Wachovia), which has since been acquired in 2016 by Sykes (NSDQ:SYKE).
Andrea Clarke, of Holladay, Utah graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Utah. For several years she worked in computer electronics for one of the world’s fastest growing organizations—Megahertz, US Robotics, and 3COM. Years later, she was recruited as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Organon and then Purdue Pharmaceuticals.
As Utah CEO for Colliers International, Lew Cramer is part of the fastest-growing publicly listed commercial real estate company in the world. Colliers commercial real estate network of 12,000 professionals in 69 countries providing the full range of commercial services. In 2016, Governor Gary R. Herbert appointed Lew to the Utah Transportation Commission, where he currently serves as a commissioner-at-large. Lew serves on various boards through the private and public sectors, including the National Advisory Board at UVU.
Barbara Welch Cramer was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from BYU with a BA in English and a lot of musical training in piano and organ. She is the mother of six children and grandmother to 16. Barbara has taught early morning seminary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was a member of the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square for seven years, and has performed in many vocal recitals, stage productions, and choruses. She is a certified yoga instructor and teaches regularly in the Salt Lake City Avenues neighborhood. She also teaches classes in plant-based healthy eating.
Jennifer Danielson is vice president, strategy and policy for Cambia Health Solutions, a regionally based total health solutions company dedicated to transforming the way people experience health care. In her broad corporate leadership capacity, Jennifer is responsible for guiding a multi-state team of professionals who work to identify, understand and overcome external obstacles, while sharing insights and counsel internally in a manner that ensures the success of Cambia’s business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Phil is an associate professor and member of the MBA Collegiate Traveling Faculty with the University of Maryland University College in Asia. He teaches MBA courses in business law, communications and leadership to US military members, veterans, and dependents in Japan and South Korea.

Kim Detmer earned her bachelors degree in social work from BYU. While at school she was a Cougarette for three years. She has enjoyed moving and living all over the country with her husband and his career and loves being the mother of four daughters. She is very involved in her church and is currently serving in Stake Young Women and loves working with young adults.
James Endicott is the managing partner and founder of Serento Ventures, a privately owned early stage investment firm.
Beverly Endicott is the COO of the Endicott family. She earned a B.A. in 1993 from BYU. She is very involved in her church and served as a full time missionary in the New York, Rochester mission in addition to her more recent service as primary president, RS president, a Young Women presidency member, and other callings. She is also very involved in community service, including CERT, PTA, PTSA, and the School Community Council. Beverly enjoys spending time with family, cooking healthy meals, reading captivating books, sewing, exercising, and traveling.

James “Jim” Duke is a portfolio manager within the Investment Department at WCF Insurance, a Utah-based multi-state mutual insurance company. Jim’s primary responsibilities include managing the fund’s alternative and private equity portfolios. Jim has spent over two decades at WCF Insurance, during which time the fund’s portfolio size has increased from $700 million under management to over $2.2 billion.
Jim’s primary loves are his wife Theresa, their son Henrik, and their Bernese mountain dog Bjorn. As Theresa would put it, most days you can find Jim puttering around the yard and house. As Jim would put it, you can generally find him making sure Theresa, Henrik, and Bjorn are well-cared for.
Jay was appointed as President & CEO of the South Valley Chamber of Commerce in September 2020. Jay had served on the board for 12 years and served as the Chair for 5 years when the chamber was the Sandy Chamber of Commerce.
LeeAnn Francis graduated from LDS Business College with an executive secretary degree, and then worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter secretary before becoming a full-time mother. Over the years, she’s served with several community groups, including the Children’s Museum (now Discovery Gateway) and the Children’s Justice Center.

Val Hale was appointed in 2014 by Utah Governor Gary R. Herbert as the executive director, Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), and is currently serving in this role promoting state growth in business, tourism, and film.
Nancy Hale has been an educator for 28 years. She currently is an instructional coach for Alpine School District mentoring first-year junior high math teachers and supervising other instructional coaches. She is a former member of the UVU Alumni Board from 2010-2013 and was the first student in UVU history to complete requirements for a master's degree (MA in Education). She received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Brigham Young University. She received the PTA Golden Apple Outstanding Educator Award in 1995-96 and the Orem High School Distinguished Alumni Award. In 2006 she received the XO Award as one of Utah's silent heroes. She and her husband, Val, are the parents of three children and 13 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, snowshoeing, backpacking, and spending time with family.
Soren Halladay is the chief investment officer of PEG Development, a leading real estate development group involved in more than $1 billion of projects in the United States and Canada.
Kim Halladay loves being a full-time mom to five very active and wonderful children. Kim met Soren while they were at BYU together—she played soccer and he played football. Kim majored in athletic training and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in sports medicine. She was an all-conference soccer player and holds the BYU single season assist record. Kim enjoys running, playing tennis, crafting, singing, cooking, reading, exercising, being with her girlfriends, traveling with her family, and cheering for all of her kids at their sporting events.
Dell Loy Hansen is the founder and chief executive officer of The Wasatch Group and is responsible for the overall management of its enterprises and affiliates. Mr. Hansen is involved in all aspects of commercial and multi-family real estate development, construction, acquisition, sales, leasing financing, and entitlement.

Karen K. Keller graduated from BYU-Idaho in 1976 with a degree in interior design. She was also an IDEA Certified Dance Instructor from 1980-2001. Karen is very involved in her community and is the UTPTA president at Bountiful Elementary school, where she has served as a member for 35 years. She also serves as a member of the Hale Center Theatre Board.

Terri Lindorf co-founded Western Wats Center with her husband Ron Lindorf. They divested the company in 2004. Terri has served on The Scera Foundation Board and the UVU Foundation Board. She graduated from UVU in 2011.
Ron Lindorf founded, built, and sold the largest market research data collection company in the United States. He now teaches entrepreneurship at BYU through the Center of Entrepreneurship and Technology. Ron also spends his time developing real estate and angel investing. Ron and Terri Lindorf have five children.
Shawn is the chief legal officer of Vivint Smart Home, a Blackstone Group portfolio company and the leading provider of smart home services. He reports to Todd Pedersen (CEO) and Alex Dunn (president). Vivint’s revenues totaled nearly $760 million for the year ending December 31, 2016.

Graham McMullen is a British entrepreneur from London who is married to Rachelle from Utah. They lived in the UK until only recently when they moved to Utah. They are the proud parents of seven children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren.
Rachelle was born and raised in Salt Lake City Utah. She is one of 6 children born to Gail and Dave Wathen. Rachelle grew up competitive dancing from a young age and went on to do dance, drill team and cheer lead in high school.
Carla Meine is currently retired. Of course, for her that means still running her farm Salacia Farms, mentoring several business people, along with working on several boards.
David Meine retired September of 2016 after selling IdealShape that he cofounded in 2003 to The Hut Group. IdealShape® is an online health & fitness company that uses a unique combination of meal replacement shakes, supplementation, nutrition, brain training, and exercise programs to create lasting weight loss results for their clients. The Hut Group has taken the IdealShape® brands internationally.
Jacque Millard is vice president and chief investment officer for Intermountain Healthcare. Ms. Millard joined Intermountain in 1993 and is currently responsible for investment portfolio management of assets in excess of $10 billion, oversight of external investment managers, all employee savings and pension investments, as well as cash management for all Intermountain entities.

He determined that the transportation field was ripe for cutting edge technology and left government service in Washington DC, moved to Idaho, and formed the Internet Truckstop in July 1995.
Carmen Moscrip is currently an empty nester. She has 5 children, of which 3 are married, 1 in College and 1 on a mission in St. Louis Missouri. She got married at the age of 40 to her Prince Charming (named Scott). She has been a Medical Billing Coordinator, a Group Travel Specialist, and an Office Manager. Carmen has held positions in the Church as Young Women's President, Stake Young Women's Counselor, (so lots of years in Young Women's), Gospel Doctrine Teacher, Youth Sunday School Teacher, Public Affairs, YSA Shepherding Couple with her husband, but her favorite is the one she has right now, Early Morning Seminary Teacher. She loves to serve the Lord, travel to see God's creations but her absolute favorite thing to do is be with her husband doing both those things.
