ONLINE TUTORING GUIDELINES

By scheduling an online appointment, you agree to follow UVU Policy 541 – Student Code of Conduct and these terms:
  • Session Length: Appointments are 25 minutes long and may be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • Booking Limits: Students may schedule as many appointments as needed. However, no more than two consecutive sessions may be scheduled. After two consecutive appointments, there must be at least a one hour break before the next session. Any appointments that violate this rule will be canceled and the student will be notified.
  • No-Shows: If you cannot attend or no longer need your scheduled session, please cancel in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
  • Professional Conduct: Students and employees must:
    • Maintain respectful and professional behavior.
    • Be fully engaged in the session and avoid activities that interfere with learning (such as driving, shopping, or other distractions).
    • Be appropriately dressed when appearing on camera.
